What counts as a source

Official texts only: EUR-Lex, legislation.gov.uk, Justice Laws Canada, gesetze-im-internet.de, judgments of the Court of Justice of the EU and publications of the regulators. A news story can point us to a change; we publish it only after reading the original.

How a figure reaches a page

Amounts, thresholds and deadlines live in one parameter file with their source and the date they were checked. Pages and calculators read that file; nobody types an amount by hand. Tests replay known cases before any change goes live.

What is not in force yet

A rule adopted but not yet applicable, such as Regulation (EU) 2026/2202, is given with its start date; a draft is called a draft.

Independence

Radif Partners receives no money from airlines, airports, claims companies, law firms or insurers. The pages carry no affiliate links.

Corrections

A reported error is checked against the official text and, if we were wrong, corrected the same day. Write through the contact page.
